RESPONSIBILITIES

The Regional Hispanic Sales Manager (RHSM) will be the champion throughout the company for the customer and will lead all activities related to the aggressive acquisition of new customers looking to secure their future in ahead of need. In this role, the RHSM will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities: Recruit and hire sales professionals An entrepreneurship vision to ensure that sales quotas are achieved. Provide new sales professionals with proper training regarding sales techniques, legal requirements, and company products, policies and procedures. Review and evaluate sales staff performance. Work with Human Resources to address personnel issues Conduct and assist in weekly sales meetings. Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner. Work in the field with the sales team. Travel locally to other locations will be required. Manage office staff Respond to, and resolve customers‘ Issues Search and locate venues for sales staff to prospect and present to potential clients Requirements: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,, and/or relevant work experience. Minimum of 5-10 years of work experience as a B to C Sales Manager. Previous cemetery sales experience or experience in a specific niche catering directly to consumers preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications and comfortable with learning new software applications. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work in a team environment. Creative thinker and detail oriented. QUALIFICATIONS

The Regional Hispanic Sales Manager will be licensed by the cemetery and funeral bureau or can become licensed. Also, the RHSM is required to have a license to sell life insurance, or to obtain an insurance license within 6 months of employment. Experience in outside sales in real estate, Insurance products, retail or financial services. Ideally, the candidate would have strong ties to the community and demonstrated the ability to build a sales team.

Candidate must have demonstrated experience in managing both the revenue and profitability of a customer group for an organization.

Candidate must possess strong analytical skills as required by the position.

Articulate, passionate, dynamic individual with strong presentation skills desired.

Talent in hiring, evaluating, directing, assisting, training, and mentoring staff.

Proven success at building team spirit and developing friendly, positive work environment; enjoys working with people.

Proven record in motivating and inspiring a group of sales agents to reach and exceed their sales goals

COMPENSATION

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive and attractive compensation package, which includes a base salary, a performance-based bonus.
