We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to join our team remotely and help us maintain the integrity of the vital information that powers our research.

The Role

You will be the backbone of our data organization. As a Data Operations Specialist, you won’t just be typing numbers; you will be ensuring that our research findings and operational records are accurate, secure, and easily accessible. Your work directly supports our scientists and clinical teams in their efforts to bring groundbreaking medical solutions to market.

What You’ll Do

Data Accuracy & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in our internal databases with a high degree of precision.

Quality Assurance: Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and proactively coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies.

Documentation & Compliance: Assist in organizing clinical and operational documentation while strictly adhering to data privacy and security protocols.

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current data entry processes and suggest streamlined workflows.

Cross-Functional Support: Provide administrative data support to various departments, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and audit-ready.
