We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and enhance full-stack web applications and developer tooling that support a modern Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role focuses on improving automation, enabling scalable development practices, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across both frontend (Angular/TypeScript preferred) and backend (Java/Spring Boot), along with exposure to CI/CD pipeline development and optimization. This role will contribute to building applications, APIs, and internal platforms that improve developer productivity, observability, and system reliability. What We're Looking For

3–5 years of professional experience in full stack software engineering

Strong foundation in Angular (preferred) or similar modern frontend frameworks

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred, Jenkins acceptable)

Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with emerging requirements

Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical solutions Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development

Build and maintain full-stack web applications using Angular/TypeScript (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend)

Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services

Contribute to scalable, performant, and secure application design

Maintain and improve existing/custom codebases SDLC and Development Enablement

Support evolution of the Software Development Lifecycle through improved automation and tooling

Contribute to development processes across ideation, development, and testing phases

Help define and implement automation strategies across the development lifecycle CI/CD and Developer Tooling

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines aligned to modern development practices

Support standardization of development workflows and tooling

Contribute to feature flagging, release management, and scaling platforms Observability and Analytics

Develop applications with built-in metrics, logging, and monitoring

Support dashboards and tooling that provide insights into system performance and developer productivity Collaboration and Delivery

Work closely with senior engineers and technical leads to deliver solutions

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and iterative development cycles

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence Technical Environment
