We(Our Client) are the world class wholesale distributor of Electrical products & services.

We are currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer who will be required to design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including firewalls, routers, switches.

Job Role : Senior Network Engineer

Job Type : Full time - Permanent

Job Location : Middletown, CT

Compensation : $100K- $120K + Benefits

Work Authorization : US Citizen/ GC/ EAD - GC

We would love to see you on-board if you fell under these categories :

* Bachelor's degree in a Technical field

* Minimum CCNA certification and partial CCNP

* Proven success with Cisco centric LAN, WAN, WLAN design and implementation.

* Proven experience with network capacity planning, security principles, and general network management best practices.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

* Strong understanding of dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)

* Strong understanding of Quality of Service/Class of Service from the LAN through the WAN

As a Network Engineer, you will be required to :

* Determine long term network capacity requirements and short term variances through communication with the Infrastructure and management teams

* Document network topologies, configurations, services and processes for IT and Business consumption

* Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including firewalls, routers, switches

* Configure network devices and services to provide a reliable base to run IT and Business devices and services

* Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed
