Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent to meet client needs.

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Review job descriptions to understand client requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies.

Leverage various sourcing platforms including job boards, internal databases, and social media to identify qualified candidates.

Assess candidates based on experience, skill set, and overall fit for the role.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Handle salary discussions and employment terms to ensure mutual alignment and candidate commitment.

Share shortlisted candidate profiles with hiring managers for review.

Keep candidates informed with timely updates and clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through consistent follow-ups via email, phone, or video calls.
