Customer Service Position (Japanese) in Quezon City

Salary: P70,000 – P 80,000 Negotiable

Location: Quezon City

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in giving support to Japanese via calls, e-mails and chats

• Recognize and offer solutions using department tools, resources, business judgment and expertise

• In charge in handling and dealing the mailbox of the customer service to know Japanese customers concerns

Requirements:

• Japanese or Filipino fluent in Japanese and English (both oral and written)

• Must at least be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree Holder in any field

• Background in customer service is a plus
