We are seeking someone who is not just good at making calls, but someone who can create opportunities, build trust, and convert interest into results. Candidates from tourism, hospitality, hotel, or sales environments will be strongly preferred due to their customer-facing experience and commercial understanding. This role is based in Indonesia and reports to the HQ office in Malaysia.
Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company’s products and services to prospective customers and business partners
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through professional and engaging communication
Explain product offerings clearly and effectively to generate interest and secure business opportunities
Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services accordingly
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and outcomes in the reporting system
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects or confirmed opportunities
Achieve agreed outreach, conversion and sales targets
Provide market feedback, customer insights and competitor observations to support business strategy
Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards in all communications.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in telemarketing, telesales, sales, tourism, hospitality or hotel industry
Proven track record in outbound calling, lead conversion or sales closing
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with different types of customers
Highly self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking or sales reporting tools is an advantage
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to communicate in English is an added advantage
Preferred Profile
Experience in travel-related sales, hotel sales, tourism packages, hospitality services or customer acquisition roles
Strong understanding of customer engagement and relationship-building practices
Professional phone etiquette and the ability to create trust quickly over calls
