Property Manager

We are seeking qualified candidates to interview for the position of Property Manager for a 300 unit, B+, garden style apartment community in NW Columbus. This position will manage a staff of 8 (total). The property is market-rate and owner managed. There are no significant issues that need to be "fixed." To be qualified, you must have at least 8 total years of multifamily management experience with at least 2 full years of experience as an apartment property manager, managing at least 250 market-rate units simultaneously.
