Job Description
Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Wedding Foreman to oversee the setup and execution of wedding events. The ideal candidate will ensure that all arrangements are carried out smoothly, on time, and in line with client expectations. This role requires strong coordination skills, leadership, and hands-on involvement during event setups.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the team during wedding setups and dismantling
Ensure all décor, furniture, and equipment are arranged according to event plans
Coordinate with event planners, suppliers, and venue staff
Monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Handle on-site issues quickly and efficiently
Maintain quality standards and safety procedures at all times
Support in loading/unloading materials when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in events, banquets, or Qatari wedding setups preferred
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills
Flexible with working hours (including weekends and holidays)
Physically fit for setup work
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality or wedding management
Knowledge of décor and staging setups
