Job Description

The Setting

Victory Ranch is a private, four-season community set amidst 6,700 pristine acres along the Upper Provo River. We provide our members with an unmatched luxury experience, and our wellness program is at the heart of that mission. We are looking for a skilled, charismatic Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our fitness team and deliver high-caliber, personalized sessions in our state-of-the-art wellness facility.

The Role

As a Pilates Instructor at Victory Ranch, you aren't just teaching a class; you are curated a movement experience. You will work with a diverse membership—ranging from elite athletes to those seeking restorative recovery—utilizing top-tier reformers and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engaging, safe, and challenging Reformer Pilates sessions (private, semi-private, and small groups).

Tailor workouts to meet the specific goals, fitness levels, and physical limitations of members.

Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and "mountain hospitality."

Ensure the Pilates studio remains pristine, organized, and welcoming.

Promote wellness offerings and build lasting relationships with our member community.

What You Bring

Certification: Comprehensive Pilates certification (PMA or equivalent) with specific training in Reformer.

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience teaching on the Reformer, preferably in a luxury boutique or private club setting.

Anatomy Expertise: A deep understanding of biomechanics and the ability to offer modifications for injuries or special populations.

The "Victory" Vibe: A professional, polished demeanor with a genuine passion for the outdoors and a healthy lifestyle.

Why Victory Ranch?

Unrivaled Environment: Work in one of the most beautiful settings in the West.

Competitive Pay: Attractive hourly rates and commission structures for private sessions.

Member Connection: The opportunity to work with a consistent, appreciative membership base in a low-stress, high-reward environment.

Perks: Access to world-class amenities and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

If you are ready to elevate your career in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, we want to hear from you.
