Manufacturing Manager - $60K - Wood Products Manufacturing - Manage day-to-day operations of plant - Coordination of production activities including job scheduling, staffing, etc and hold daily meeting to coordinate - Create a comprehensive plan for preventative maintenance and manage maintenance schedule for plant - Manage and implement a comprehensive Quality Control program - Ensure products meet established quality standards throughout the plant process - Conduct Quality audits on products moving through-out the plant - Work with Sales to meet required customers demands while balancing plant production - Generate daily, weekly and monthly activity reports that track quality, scrap, operating efficiency, and other key performance indicators - Materials management to include insuring all materials are properly tracked through Qube. Managing the critical materials needed to launch jobs to keep on schedule - Ensure labor tracking is timely and accurate. Provide training for plant staff - Responds to external customer needs with plant visits, assisting in customer surveys, and customer complaint resolution - Work with Plant Manager to develop systems and processes that lead to best practices.

BS degree preferred, not required - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high volume manufacturing environment - Experience with wood manufacturing industrial-scale wood working machinery and knowledge of how they are used to make the finished product preferred but not required. Will consider any type of manufacturing.
