You’ll lead core accounting operations while helping shape a more efficient, automated, and scalable finance function. What You’ll Do

Lead month-end close and consolidated financial reporting

Own the general ledger, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Drive automation and improve accounting workflows

Lead audits, ensure GAAP compliance, and strengthen controls

Support cash flow, treasury, and multi-entity operationsWhat You Bring

10+ years of accounting experience, including Controller/Assistant Controller

Big 4 or public accounting background (preferred)

Multi-entity experience and strong GAAP knowledge

A mindset for improving processes and building scalable systemsWhy Otter
