We are seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Case Supervisor! The Case Supervisor will work directly under the Clinical Director and will be responsible for providing clinical oversight for in-home and in-school ABA services across children, teens and adults. Job Summary
The Case Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) procedures for clients on a case-by-case basis. You will provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, ethical treatment that meets IBT and BACB standards.
Core Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight: Design and manage ABA programming; oversee intake assessments and ensure accurate documentation of client history and baseline data.
Compliance: Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and adhere to all BACB ethical codes and IBT clinical/administrative protocols.
Leadership: Manage staff development and provide diligent supervision to clinical teams and student supervisors.
Collaboration: Work cooperatively with stakeholders to develop and adhere to IEP/IPP procedures.
Reporting: Ensure timely submission of high-quality reports and treatment recommendations.
Requirements
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Education: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Education, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of two years working with individuals with ASD, behavioral issues, or learning difficulties.

Using a collaborative model, IBT fosters communication among parents and relevant stakeholders (i.e. speech pathologist, occupational therapists, teachers, school psychologists, physicians) to provide effective and quality services to improve the lives of our clients.
