Job Description
Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
Own budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
Serve as the primary client-facing representative
Coordinate superintendents, project engineers, and trade partners
Split time roughly 50/50 between office and job sites

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
5+ years of project management experience with a GC
2-3+ year tenures with clear reasons for career moves
Experience on commercial or public-sector projects
Comfortable working on site 1-3 days per week
Professional, tech-savvy leader with strong client skills
