Primary responsibilities include:

General Contractor work (plumbing, painting, sheetrock repair)

General Electrical work

Maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment

Maintenance and repairs of Food Service equipment

Maintenance and repairs of Kitchen equipment

Safely operate company truck

Willingness to learn and expand on current skills and knowledge

Willingness to learn Maintenance and repairs of Gasoline Dispensers

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Always represent Quik Mart professionally

Travel to all store locations

Provide recommendations for improving equipment and store performance

Maintenance and repairs of building and equipment used by Quik Mart

Willingness to work closely with Store Managers and Team Members

Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.

Ability to work in various temperatures.

Rotate nights - weekends - on call duties with other technicians

Willingness to adapt to a changing schedule as needed

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Live within service area (Preferred)

High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

2+ years general maintenance experience (Preferred)

HVAC experience (Plus)

Refrigeration Service (Plus)

Previous Convenience Store Maintenance (Plus)

Ability to use hand and power tools

Ability to climb and work from a ladder

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues

Strong problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Excellent communication and customer service skills
