Duties & Responsibilities:

• Works with internal and external Guest in a confident, professional, and friendly manner

• Anticipates guests' needs and responds promptly - no matter how busy

• Leads Team Members by following FACE Values

• Handles Guest Issues in a kind and professional manner

• Is able to do all required duties on Embed, GURU, and Aloha systems

• Is knowledgeable of all Games and can quickly reset each

• Understands the expectations and set up for every shift

• Able to run each position (Greeter, Good Samaritan, Redemption, Arcade, Retail, and Bowling Attendant) while team members are on break

• Can open/close a location in emergency situations

• Understand how to handle emergency situations

• Is able to handle a Guest or Team Member injury

• Understand how to motivate a team to exceed FACE's and Guest expectations.

• Team Member may be required to perform other duties

• Have Fun!

Requirements:

• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.

• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-

through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.

• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.

• Ability to work well under pressure during peak times and handle multiple tasks at once.

• Ability to grasp, bend, stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 25 lbs, lift and/or carry.

• Must be punctual and reliable.

• Must have honesty and Integrity.
