Maintenance Technician (Graveyard Shift)

Maintenance Technician Join our team and help keep our operations running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in solving problems, preventing downtime, and supporting a fast-paced production environment.

Primary Responsibilities: * Perform repairs and maintenance on plant equipment, machinery, and building systems.

* Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests and work orders.

* Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, or potential issues before they become major problems.

* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational equipment issues.

* Assist with preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.

* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

* Communicate repair needs, updates, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications: * Previous maintenance, mechanical repair, or industrial experience preferred.

* Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues.

* Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and workplace safety procedures.

* Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required.

* General plumbing knowledge preferred.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and reliability.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
