The Senior Designer is responsible for owning and executing high-quality creative work across a range of marketing and brand initiatives.
This role goes beyond production-contributing to concept development, problem-solving, and creative execution at a high level.
As an advanced individual contributor, the Senior Designer is accountable for delivering strong, strategic, and consistent work across projects while partnering closely with marketing, brand strategy, and internal and external stakeholders.
This role does not include people management responsibilities and is focused on mastery of craft, project ownership, and creative excellence.
