Main Purpose: Support the implementation of the HRM strategy for Business unit to ensure timely and effective execution of all processes and regular escalations of all employee queries and grievances so as create an engaged and competent workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the effective implementation of the HRM strategy within Business unit to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals

2. Manage effective implementation of HRM processes within operations to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce

3. Support the compliance to all industrial relations policies and requirements within BU

4. Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance

Candidate Requirement: Candidate must have qualified in Jharkhand State Welfare Officer Exams as per Factories Act, 1948 with MBA/PGDM in HR with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Candidate must have qualified in Jharkhand State Welfare Officer Exams as per Factories Act, 1948 Educational qualifications ( Threshold educational background required to execute the role ) - Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA with specialization in HRM/Personnel/ IR Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role) - 3-5 Years of experience in HRM in an organization of a similar scale, preferably manufacturing organization

Exposure to specialist role of HRM like Talent sourcing, Talent Development, PMS etc. preferred

Exposure to dealing with union on employee relations matters

Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role

Technical Competencies - Deep understanding of HR/IR Concepts, including interpretation of related laws & rules of the state.

Understanding of existing & future Group Dynamics of various demography.

Basic knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing Behavioural Competencies

Interpersonal Effectiveness and Influence and Networking at target level

Integrity, Achievement Orientation & Professional excellence
