Role Overview
As the QA Manager, you will guide all quality assurance activities across the facility. You’ll develop and implement quality policies, oversee inspections, and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards. You’ll work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures
Oversee inspections, audits, and quality control processes
Analyze quality metrics and document deviations
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities
Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and reduce defects
Facilitate training on quality protocols and standards
Maintain documentation, quality plans, and inspection records
Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
This role is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend flexibility for urgent quality needs or audits.
Qualifications
5+ years of injection molding experience
5+ years of management experience
5+ years of customer relations experience
5+ years of GD&T experience
5+ years of blueprint reading; proficiency with MS Office
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Quality Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills
Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
