About the Role:

We're expanding its software operations into the European and American markets. We are seeking two Full-Stack Engineers to actively support the company’s growth. You will work under the guidance of experienced Staff and Senior Engineers, gaining hands-on mentorship while taking ownership of meaningful development tasks. This is a fully remote role.

Please note: This position is open to candidates currently residing in Europe or the Americas only.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using React and Next.js.

- Build and optimize backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js.

- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, test, and deploy scalable software features.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as the company expands into new markets.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Proactively learn and apply best practices in code quality, security, and performance.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

- Native-level English communication skills (written and verbal).

- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js.

- Experience working with modern databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is a plus.

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, cross-time-zone environment.
