Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Spindle is partnering with a supportive school district in Santa Cruz, CA to hire a Special Education Teacher ASAP as well as the 26/27 school year (and forward). There is currently a need for: Moderate/Severe (ESN) certified special education teachers.

Responsibilities include:

Implementing and managing IEPs

Providing specialized instruction to students with disabilities

Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams

Part Time: 8:30 am – 12pm M-F

Caseload: currently 1 student, 2nd grade

Requirements:

Valid California Special Education Credential

Pay & Benefits:

$38–48/hour, weekly W-2 pay
