Core Responsibilities

End-to-end financial strategy, planning, and performance management

Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical insight

Regulatory compliance, internal controls, and enterprise risk oversight

Capital, liquidity, and balance-sheet strategy

Collaboration with leadership on growth initiatives and operational efficiency

Oversight of accounting, FP&A, audit, and external advisory relationships

Clear communication of complex financial data to executive and board audiences

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

8-12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

Background in banking, credit, lending, or other regulated financial sectors

Demonstrated success guiding organizations through growth, transformation, or complexity
