Georgia Boys BBQ is looking for people who know what Southern Hospitality means. We are a from scratch BBQ joint that cares about our guests and our team. As a bartender on our team you will provide accurate, friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.

Follow Georgia Boys BBQ steps of service.
Wash and sterilize glassware.
Daily complete the bar prep work for garnishes and mixes.
Provide Southern Hospitality to every guest you come in contact with.
Learning guests names and building regulars.
Treat your teammates and guests with respect.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the manager on duty.
Assist with catering events scheduled:
Adaptable, resourceful.
Great team player, also confident to work independently.
Excellent communication, timeliness, and dependability are of utmost importance.
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
Follows our catering steps of service for on and off site events.
Professional and enthusiastic interactions with all parties involved in events (restaurant staff, clients, venues, vendors, guests).Qualifications:
Be 21 years of age.
Previous bartending experience is a plus.
Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least one - two years of front-of-the-house operations.
Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 20-25 pounds.
