Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage leads through our high-quality inbound lead system.

Coordinate and conduct property tours and inspections.

Advise and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the best price under the most favorable terms.

Maintain and update a list of available properties.

Build networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.

Stay informed on real estate market trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Capacity to handle pressure and make quick decisions.

Active real estate agent’s or broker’s license.
