Position: Supply Chain Data Analyst (Process Mining & Logistics) Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Trivandrum JOB DESCRIPTION Supply Chain Data Analyst (Process Mining & Logistics) Role Summary We are seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst with hands on experience in process mining, logistics performance analysis, and distribution network optimization.

The ideal candidate will translate operational data into actionable insights to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and drive supply chain excellence across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct end to end process mining using tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or SAP Signavio to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and automation opportunities.

- Analyse logistics KPIs (OTIF, Lead Time, Vehicle Utilization, Route Efficiency, Warehouse Turnaround Time). - Build dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to monitor fulfilment, transportation, and warehousing performance.

- Perform root cause analysis on distribution delays, transportation exceptions, and inventory discrepancies.

- Partner with warehousing, transportation, procurement, and planning teams to implement improvement roadmaps.

- Work with data engineers to define data ingestion, transformation, and quality standards for supply chain datasets.

- Present findings and recommendations to operations leaders and cross functional stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience - 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain analytics or process optimization.

- Strong expertise in process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath). - Proficiency in SQL, Python/R (optional but preferred), Power BI/Tableau.

- Understanding of logistics operations such as transportation, 3PL management, warehouse workflows, and distribution planning.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex operational data sets.

Professional Skills: Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and ownership mindset.

TCS Eligibility Criteria: *BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.
