We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Data Entry and Communication Specialist to join a top Charleston law firm! If you're ready to support a dynamic legal team and keep things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Handle research, data entry, and document updates daily
Keep our Case Management System organized and up-to-date
Download court filings and add them to the system
Create and send letters from templates
Conduct research using Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, and more
Tackle special projects and other tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma (related degree is a plus)
1-4 years of data entry experience in a law firm or business setting
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Great communication and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
What We Offer:
Starting pay at $17/hour, with performance-based increases up to $22/hour within your first year.
