Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Professional who is capable of managing and executing full residential remodeling projects from start to finish.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can think independently, problem-solve on site, communicate clearly, and maintain high-quality standards without constant supervision.

Perform and oversee all phases of residential remodeling work

Framing (walls, floors, structural modifications, additions)

Installation of doors, windows, and exterior trim

Interior trim carpentry (base, crown, casing, custom details)

Cabinet installation

Tile installation (floors, showers, backsplashes)

Drywall hanging and finishing (preferred)

Read and interpret plans and drawings

Coordinate daily tasks and manage workflow on site

Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Communicate effectively with homeowners and company leadership

Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards

5+ years experience in residential remodeling

Strong framing and finish carpentry skills

Proficiency with all major power tools and layout tools

Ability to work independently and manage projects

Reliable transportation

Valid driver’s license
