Farmers Insurance Division 86 is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Agent in the Irvine / South Orange County area. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and performance bonuses backed by one of the most recognized insurance brands in the country.

You'll work with warm leads and an established client base, helping individuals and families find the right coverage. No cold calling from a list. No building from scratch. Just a focused sales role with real earning potential and a clear path forward.

What You'll Earn

Base salary plus commission — total comp $50,000–$100,000+ annually

Performance bonuses tied to individual results

What You'll Do

Consult with clients on auto, home, life, and commercial insurance solutions

Follow up on leads and referrals generated through the agency

Build lasting client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals

Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth

What We're Looking For

Active Property & Casualty License preferred — unlicensed candidates with strong sales backgrounds will be considered

1–2 years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience

Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and professional communication skills

Located in or near South Orange County — this is an on-site role near Irvine
