Job Title: Electrician Foreman
Location: 111 Carpenter Drive, Unit G, Sterling, VA
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35 - $44 Per Hour
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Electrician Foreman to lead our field teams and ensure our projects are wired for success. You won’t just be turning a wrench; you’ll be the bridge between the blueprints and the finished build. If you have a "safety first" mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to mentor a crew while keeping a project on schedule, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Mentor: Oversee a team of journeymen and apprentices, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Project Oversight: Manage daily operations on-site, including scheduling, material procurement, coordinating with general contractors, and electrical project manager.
Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret complex electrical drawings and specifications to ensure installations meet code and design requirements.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
Safety Leadership: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Licensing: Valid Virginia Journeyman or Master Electrician license is preferred.
Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of the NEC, commercial/industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and water treatment plant experience is preferred but not required.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems on the fly under pressure.

Schedule
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday; 6 AM – 2 PM or Ask Required by Project
Overtime opportunities as needed
