Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

Our pain clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pain, working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.

· Develop individualized treatment plans for pain management, utilizing both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.

· Monitor patients’ progress and adjust care plans as needed.

· Educate patients and families on pain management strategies, procedures, and medication use.

· Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic, coordinated care.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Qualifications

· Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.

· Master’s degree or higher in Nursing.

· Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent preferred).

· Experience in pain management, anesthesiology, neurology, or related fields is an advantage.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

We are a Pain Clinic. Flexible. Easy Fast paced environment. Position to be filled/hired immediately, start date to be 3 months out, would like to get credentialing done with insurances. Position needed asap.. Monday - Friday 8 AM -4:30 PM
