Bartender

Job Description

Baltimore Country Club is looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll craft high quality drinks, provide warm hospitality, and help create memorable experiences for our Members and Guests across both of our clubhouses.

Tasks:

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages

Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly

Maintain consistency, accuracy, and safety in every drink

Build genuine relationships with members and guests

Support teammates and contribute to a fun, professional atmosphere

Qualifications:

2+ years of bartending experience (restaurant, hotel, or club)

Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn

Excellent communication and organization skills

Flexible schedule - days, nights, weekends, and holidays
