MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local clients are NOW HIRING for 2nd Shift Order Selectors in the Hebron, KY area!

Position: Order Selector

Shift: 2nd Shift 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay: $18.90/hour

Location: Hebron, KY

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Selectors to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, moving, and preparing products for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse equipment. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and scan orders using RF scanners

Move products throughout the facility as directed

Pack, unpack, and prepare materials for shipment

Shrink wrap and/or band pallets as needed

Load, unload, and organize inventory

Use pallet jacks and forklifts (if applicable)

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work overtime, including weekends, as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Comfortable with bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching

Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hour shifts

Basic reading and writing skills (English)

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting

Previous warehouse or order selecting experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Frequent walking, standing, reaching, and lifting

Ability to work in varying temperature conditions

Continuous movement throughout the shift
