Can you design fixtures in SolidWorks and document standard work that machinists love to run?
Are Mastercam/Hypermill and G-code editing part of your daily toolkit?
Have you shipped parts for aerospace, automotive, medical, or other regulated industries?What you’ll tackle
Own programming for vertical and horizontal 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills, turning, and mill-turn
Partner with production engineering to build models, fixtures, and process documentation
Define machining steps, process controls, and best practices for repeatability
Design custom tooling/fixturing; select optimal cutting tools
Read and refine G-code to improve quality and cycle time
Drive projects from CAM to first article to production, meeting customer deadlines
Verify conformance using monitoring and measuring equipmentWhat sets you up for success
5+ years of CNC experience in a controlled industry
MasterCAM and Hypermill proficiency (preferred)
SolidWorks experience (strongly preferred)
GD&T mastery and excellent print-reading
Hands-on CNC machining plus familiarity with measuring, handheld, and power tools
MS Office proficiencyYour toolkit & tech
