Job Description
Sebenza LLC, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MES Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a leading consulting firm in the manufacturing industry, we work with clients to optimize their manufacturing processes and systems. The MES Engineer will play a critical role in implementing and supporting MES solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement MES solutions for clients in the manufacturing industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes
Configure and customize MES software to meet client needs
Perform testing and troubleshooting of MES systems
Provide technical support and training to clients
Develop and maintain documentation for MES systems and processes
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in MES technology
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in MES implementation and support
3+ years of experience in Life Science industry
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements of the life science industry such as cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.
Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, C++, and Java
MES solution deployment experience with but not limited to Werum PAS-X, Sepasoft, or POMS
Experience with MES software, such as Wonderware, Siemens, or Rockwell
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (25%)
