Job Requirements and Duties:

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, reports, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.

Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

Proficiency inMastercamandSolidWorks.

Strong experience withCNC programming.

Generates accurate and efficientCNC programsfor shop floor machines.

Collaborates with machinists to troubleshoot CNC related issues and provide technical guidance.

Supports new, recurring, and rework job orders by creating or revising process routings and Methods of Manufacture based on production feedback.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and present technical information to managers, supervisors, and customers.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
