Apartment Maintenance Technician – Turns

$22 per hour
Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily community in Blacklick, Ohio. This role will focus heavily on unit turns, along with general maintenance support.Job Responsibilities:
Complete unit turns/make readies for new move ins
Perform punch work efficiently and to company standards
Maintain community grounds (light exterior and common area upkeep)
Respond to and complete work orders in a timely, professional manner
Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and well kept propertyRequirements:
Apartment or residential maintenance experience required
Strong skills in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
Ability to perform physical laborPosition Details:
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
