GTL Management is hiring Wireless Sales Representatives to help customers discover the latest mobile devices, wireless plans, and connectivity solutions.
This role is ideal for competitive, driven individuals who enjoy working with people and hitting goals. In a retail environment, our team helps customers upgrade devices, switch carriers, and choose the right wireless plans, while building strong communication skills and delivering results.

Responsibilities:
Promote and sell wireless services and products
Educate customers on device features and wireless service options
Assist with plan upgrades and new activations
Build relationships with customers through excellent service
Track sales and customer interactions using CRM tools
Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals
Qualifications:
Strong communication and sales skills
Competitive and goal-oriented
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Interest in wireless technology
Reliable transportation and weekend availability
Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
