Pharmacist – Independent Retail Pharmacy (Full-Time)

Fort Myers, FL

$115,000 per year + Performance Bonus

We are currently partnering with a well-established, community-focused independent pharmacy in Fort Myers to recruit a Pharmacist for a full-time, permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a stable weekday role with an excellent work-life balance.

The Opportunity

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Monday to Friday schedule

No weekends, no nights

Salary: $115,000 per annum

Performance-based bonus

Paid Time Off (PTO)

The Role

Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently

Provide patient counseling and medication advice

Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers

Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards

Contribute to a positive, patient-first environment

Requirements

Active Pharmacist license in Florida (required)

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to high-quality patient care
