We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be committed to maintaining a clean and orderly environment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests or residents by providing high-quality cleaning services.

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.

- Thoroughly clean and tidy rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with established standards and protocols.

- Ensure that all rooms are cared for and inspected according to our standards.

- Report any necessary repairs or replacements to the maintenance team.

- Monitor and report any safety hazards or damages.

- Manage laundry and linen changes in guest rooms or facilities as needed.

- Uphold privacy and security standards for guests or residents and their belongings.

- Replenish amenities, toiletries, and supplies in guest rooms and common areas.

- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Good physical stamina and mobility; ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
