Starting wage: $43.00–$46.75/hr (experience + shift based)

Conduct respiratory assessments, oxygen therapy evaluations, and pulse ox monitoring
Manage ventilator patients, complete vent checks, and support weaning/decannulation
Perform respiratory treatments (nebs, CPAP/BiPAP, airway clearance, etc.)
Document assessments, consults, and care plans accurately and promptly
Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing and leadership
Ensure respiratory equipment is properly maintained, stored, and compliant
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning
Support facility staff with education, in services, and clinical guidanceQualifications
CRT or RRT credentials; graduate of AMA approved respiratory program
Active Respiratory Care Practitioner license (state of Ohio)
Valid CPR certification
Vent certification preferred
One year of experience preferred; long term care experience a bonus
