Payroll Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage bi-weekly payroll for corporate employees and support payroll operations across multiple divisions.
Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll and support multiple divisions
Manage payroll data in ADP and timekeeping systems
Audit payroll records and ensure compliance
Respond to employee payroll inquiries
Prepare reports and support audits
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; degree preferred
ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
Strong Excel skills
Payroll experience preferred
