Globe Business is hiring a Customer Support Representative based in Charlotte. Fully remote role. Pay: $20–26/hour. We only review applications from candidates located in the United States. Day shifts available. Part-time or full-time. No experience required. Training provided.

Responsibilities:

Assist users with platform questions

Update records in internal systems

Check data for accuracy

Support daily workflow tasks

Coordinate with internal teams
