The law firm of Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC is hiring an associate attorney to join our team.

We are a boutique Family Law firm with our primary office in downtown Elmhurst (1/2 a block from the Metra). A background or interest in Litigation is recommended for this position.

Duties will include: complex drafting (ex.

Motions for Summary and Declaratory Judgment, Actions to Join 3rd Parties, Appeals, Pre & Post-Nuptial Agreements); motion practice; attorney-assisted mediation; conducting depositions; and trials.

Prior Family law experience is NOT required.

We practice primarily in Cook, DuPage, Will, and Lake County.

Candidates must have a general knowledge of, or desire to learn, the rules of evidence, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to work both as a team and independently.
