IT Project Coordinator - Permanent - Onsite in Columbus, OH

Our client is an established producer of healthy, natural foods that feed the world. They are undertaking a huge initiative to modernize and streamline their behind-the-scenes technology, and this role is key to that process. You’ll be embedded in a complex, fast-moving ERP implementation, acting as a critical right hand to the CIO, helping drive organization, accountability, and execution across the project. In short, your mission will be to coordinate the placement of all the puzzle pieces - then feel the rush when done.

The environment is demanding, high-expectation, and highly visible. It’s a strong fit for someone who is sharp, resilient, and thrives under pressure. This is onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm at their Columbus, OH office.

Pieces:

Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes

Documenting via SharePoint, creating via PowerPoint, and calculating via Excel

Tracking project progress

Ensuring follow-up on action items

Managing/auditing/tracking vendor invoices

Maintaining alignment between business stakeholders, technical resources, vendors, and implementation partners to support timely and effective project execution.

You:

2+ years coordinating technology projects

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

SharePoint, Jira, or MS Project

Thick skin and high energy
