Job Description :

Process Type: Technical Support - Voice Process

Individuals at this job are responsible for managing and resolving client queries

/ issues primarily through telephonic calls/Sales Calls.


* Assist & respond to technical queries via phone

* Ensure all contacts are documented using the tracking tool

* Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skill Requirement:

Excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals of the Internet.

You should have a solid knowledge of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP,

SFTP & HTTP, as well as the ability to use diagnostic tools such as traceroute,ping, and dig. Strong command line Linux skills.

You should have setup and run your own Linux servers before. Excellent

Windows, Mac & Linux troubleshooting ability.

The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.

Excellent telephone mannerisms. Some support will be provided over the phone

(via our VoIP system).

0-2 years previous experience in a technical support role.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Fresher’s/Experience candidates can apply ( Technical graduates )

- Non-Technical candidates with relevant experience are eligible.

- Candidate with 0 Months - 1 years experience in Technical Support /Customer

Support (Voice process)

- International BPO experience will be an added advantage

- Should be willing to work in shifts
