What You’ll Do (Your Daily Impact)
•Partner with lead teachers to deliver engaging, student-focused instruction
•Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to accelerate learning
•Champion inclusive practices that support diverse learners
•Help create a positive, structured, and high-energy classroom environment
•Reinforce academic concepts using creative and adaptive strategies
•Support students’ social-emotional growth and confidence
•Prepare learning materials and contribute to lesson execution
•Actively monitor progress and celebrate student achievements

Qualifications:
•Associate’s degree or higher required or 60 college credits or an active paraprofessional certification
•Prior experience in education, childcare, or youth programs is a plus
