Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Retail Pharmacist – Part-Time Opportunity (Day Shift)

Location: Rathdrum, ID

Contract Length: 13 weeks with strong potential for permanent hire

A high-volume community pharmacy is looking to add a part-time Pharmacist to its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced retail setting and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and service.

Work Schedule:

• 24–32 hours weekly

• Monday–Friday shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

• One weekday off (Thursday or Friday) during weeks with Saturday coverage

Pharmacy Snapshot:

• Daily script volume: 300–400 prescriptions

• System: Pioneer (training available if needed)

• Team includes pharmacists, technicians, and front-end support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions with a high level of accuracy

• Counsel patients on medications, usage, and safety

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians

• Maintain a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration

Qualifications:

• Active Idaho Pharmacist license in good standing

• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

• Updated resume, references, and skills checklist required
