Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Spindle is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in school settings. If you’re passionate about behavior support and want flexibility without sacrificing impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 behavior support to students

Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Collect and track data on student progress

Support skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas

Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff

Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

Basic Requirements

Active RBT certification

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)

At least 18 years old

Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed

Willingness to complete school-based clearances

TB test (per district requirements)

Preferred Experience

Experience in school or pediatric settings

Familiarity with IEPs and classroom environments

Strong data collection and documentation skills

Patient, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
