SpecialEducation Teacher Job Description

Deliver structured, hands-on instruction tailored to each student’s IEP

Support communication, social skills, and independence goals

Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals and related service providers

Use assistive technology, visuals, and adaptive tools daily

Build a safe, predictable, and supportive classroom environment

Active California Moderate/Severe Special Education Credential (required)
